How to use Projects

Projects (also know as Pipelines) are used to manage and track the progress of any business processes or sales. A Project represents the various stages that a lead or opportunity goes through from initial contact to closing a deal. It provides a visual representation of the sales process and helps sales teams stay organized and focused on moving leads forward.

How to create a pipeline

  1. Select "Project” on the sidebar.

  2. Click the "New" button.

  3. Write a name for your pipeline. That's it!

How to create a deal

  1. Once you have a Project, you can start creating deals. You'll see 5 default stages, you can create a deal in any one.

  2. Click the "+ New" button.

  3. Write a name for the deal. That's it. You can start adding any relevant information, task or note and add a associated contact to it.
